We offer a 20 year limited warranty against factory and/or manufacturing defects only. Normal wear and tear, abuse and/or negligence is not covered under warranty.
Customer must obtain a return authorization before customer sends in product for replacement. To obtain customer return authorization customer must contact us via e-mail at email@example.com. Customer covers shipping to us and we cover shipping back to customer. Items sent “pay by recipient” or the like will be refused.
Once item has been returned to us we will examine customers product (s) to determine if the issue (s) was (were) caused by a factory and/or manufacturing defect. If deemed faulty then the defective part will be fixed or replaced with same or like product of equal or higher value and returned to customer. If customer is within the first 10 years of warranty, there will be no additional cost to customer. After initial 10 years, the cost will be 50% of original purchase price. Payment required in full before customers repaired or replaced item (s) will be returned to customer.
If item is deemed faulty due to normal wear and tear, abuse and/or negligence, we will contact customer with the option to purchase a replacement item or have customers original item (s) returned to customer.
If customer opts to have original item returned there will be no cost to customer on the first incident only. If the same customer sends the same or different item (s) that are deemed non-defective for inspection customer will be considered high risk and all costs of return shipping will be covered by customer.
